Is the core curriculum really free?
Yes — the lessons, tests and the step-by-step unlocking path are free for every learner, forever. Plus only adds extras (dashboards, printables, certificates, class reports). A lesson is never behind a paywall.
Can I cancel Family Plus?
Yes, any time — there is no lock-in. Your Plus features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free core. Your learner keeps all their progress.
How does a school pay?
Schools buy a pool of seats by invoice / EFT — there is no instant self-serve checkout. Pricing is banded from R15 to R40 per learner / year by school size. Request a quote and we will send the figure and a data-processing agreement.
Where is my card data stored?
Nowhere on our servers. Payment is handled by PayFast on their secure pages; we only keep a payment reference and your plan dates — never card numbers.
